Cloud files is a cloud hosting service that offers CDN and unlimited online storage for media on a utility computing basis. On May 5, 2008, it was officially launched as Mosso CloudFS and is just same as Amazon Simple Storage Service. Unlimited files of up to 5 GB can be uploaded, it is maintain via RESTful API or the online control panel and optionally served out via Akamai Technologies CDN (content delivery network). The control panel is also residence to the reporting and billing functions and offers access to support materials containing a knowledge base, developer resources, live chat and forums.
